SUMMARY:

There’s no future, nor past, there’s only present. So whatever we want to feel/have, is already in place in our body/life, and has been since the day we were born. What’s left for us to do is to just accept it.

MY EPIPHANY MOMENT (that’s my own story, for the real tips, look below 😉:

I wasn’t well, and I wasn’t exactly sure why. The only intention I had was to feel better. Every chance I had I was repeating to myself: “I want to be healthy again”.
I was visualizing myself well and happy and allowing myself to feel that.

I found that trying to feel well, even just in my head, was particularly hard to do, because it was as if I was convincing my body to feel something that wasn’t real yet. We can call it dreaming, but for me, it didn’t feel powerful enough to become real.

So I started to experiment through meditation, allowing my body to feel what was comfortable for it to feel at the moment, without imposing any wishes or dreams that weren’t real yet. At the same time, I had the intention of “being healthy” and letting my body do the work.
Surprisingly, my attention was drawn to healthy energy inside of me (ignoring the unhealthy issues).
Instead of pretending that my sick part was healthy, I switched the focus to feel only “healthy parts” and tried meditating on that.

I allowed myself to feel just that, imagining how “healthy parts” could become the source of the healthy energy inside of me. As a result of this meditation, my body was filled with healthy energy and I was radiating/generating it from inside.

This was all due to switching my focus from an unhealthy state to healthy parts, even though, at the time, it seemed to me that they were the minority.

I accepted that I was already healthy.

Within a couple of weeks, I received plenty of solutions (that I had not thought about before) from different people as to how to restore my well-being. And I got my energy level and health back thanks to those pieces of advice and my own belief that

I have already been well all my life.”

MORE IN DETAILS: Let’s talk about the most powerful way of defining your intention.

There are many expressions that help you to affirm your desire: “I wish…”, “I want…”, “I will…”, etc. I tried different ones, including “My intention is…”, which is very good for some occasions.

I found that “I am” is a very strong statement.

And it’s very accurate from a scientific point of view (quantum theory): we are made of particles, which are pure energy. If we continue to think in this direction, we’ll see that everything around us is pure energy as well. A table is an energy, a house is an energy, as well as love, wealth, health, etc.

So if we want to have something (specific vibrations) in our lives we need to change our own vibrational energy accordingly.

Wealth and money aren’t the same vibrations as poverty. Health is the opposite of sickness.

Therefore it’s important to be aware of the thoughts and emotions that we have when we try to achieve something specific.

Please remember, that your thoughts/emotions go alongside physical activity. Want to be rich? Find a job or start a business and learn how to vibrate success. Want to be healthy? Take care of your body, as well as your thoughts. It’s always a parallel process.

*That’s my reality, that’s what I believe in and it’s how I live. It’s totally your choice to apply it to your life. I believe you shouldn’t take anything as guaranteed, no matter the source, always see, and more importantly feel how/if it applies to your body and life.

It’s not an easy process, but if we take it seriously and work hard on these two levels: Actions and Thoughts/Emotions then we can turn our dreams into reality.

Coming back to defining our intention. When we use “I am”, or “I have”, or “I do”, we are stating the fact that we are vibrating the specific energy.

It’s not in the future nor in the past, we are vibrating it now, therefore we attract situations and people that are made out of the same energy right now. That’s why making the statement in present time is preferable.

IMPORTANT!

I found that adding the word “already” makes the intention much more powerful.

For me, it changes everything.

When I say “I am already healthy”, it means “I am healthy by default”, or “I was born healthy”.
In this case, my body doesn’t need to adapt to anything new, or pretend to have something that it has never had before, but instead to reignite the old sensation that it had in the first place.
This subtle difference that the word “already” brings might not be very easy to grasp. Let’s try to look at it from a different angle. When we’re putting our intention into words and visualizing the end result, often we’re trying to imagine something we don’t have yet and feel something we haven’t felt before. In that case, visualization equates to dreaming or pretending. We imagine feeling what we’d like to feel in the future.

When we use the word “already” we admit that we’ve had this resource for all our lives. That we’re good enough/smart enough/beautiful enough/brave enough, etc.

It’s not coming to us, but instead, we are generating/radiating it.
My intention looks like this:

“I am already (or I have/ I do)…. and I accept it”.
I am already healthy and I accept it (feel how powerful it is!).
I am already rich and I accept it.
I am already working with passion and I accept it (or I accept myself doing it).
I already know what my passion is and the best way to express it and I accept it.
Accept yourself being already powerful! It’s as natural for you as breathing is.

Work with Passion,
Aliya
